Bolagets firma \u00e4r First Camp Group AB. Bolaget ska vara publikt (publ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name of the company is First Camp Group AB. The company shall be public (publ).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 2 S\u00e4te och ort f\u00f6r bolagsst\u00e4mma \/ Registered office and place for general meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Styrelsen skall ha sitt s\u00e4te i Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The object of the company’s business is to directly or indirectly own and manage real property and other property and directly or indirectly own, manage and market camping sites and cabin villages as well as to carry out any other activities compatible therewith.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aktiekapitalet skall utg\u00f6ra l\u00e4gst 500 000 kronor och h\u00f6gst 2 000 000 kronor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The share capital shall amount to not less than SEK 500,000 and not more than SEK 2,000,000.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Styrelsen skall, till den del den utses av bolagsst\u00e4mman, best\u00e5 av l\u00e4gst tre och h\u00f6gst tio styrelseledam\u00f6ter, med h\u00f6gst fyra styrelsesuppleanter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The board of directors elected by the shareholders’ meeting shall consist of not less than three members and not more than ten members with not more than four deputy members.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 8 Revisor \/ Auditor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bolaget ska ha minst en och h\u00f6gst tv\u00e5 revisorer, med eller utan revisorssuppleant, eller ett registrerat revisionsbolag.
The company shall have not less than one and not more than two auditors, with or without an alternate auditor, or one registered public audit firm.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 9 Kallelse till bolagsst\u00e4mma \/ Notice of shareholders\u2019 meeting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kallelse till bolagsst\u00e4mma skall ske genom annonsering i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar. Att kallelse har skett skall annonseras i Svenska Dagbladet. Om utgivningen av Svenska Dagbladet skulle upph\u00f6ra att vara rikst\u00e4ckande, skall ist\u00e4llet s\u00e5dan annonsering ske i Dagens Nyheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kallelse skall ske inom s\u00e5dan tid som f\u00f6ljer av aktiebolagslagen (2005:551).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notice of shareholders’ meetings shall be issued by announcement in The Official Swedish Gazette. That notice has been issued shall be announced in Svenska Dagbladet. If the publication of Svenska Dagbladet would cease to be nationwide, such announcement shall instead take place in Dagens Nyheter. Notice shall be issued within the time stated in the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
